为提高PS-PVD热障涂层的抗沙尘冲刷性能,采用等离子喷涂-物理气相沉积技术(PS-PVD)在粘结层表面制备7YSZ热障涂层,在大气环境下进行了抗沙尘冲刷试验,研究了PS-PVD热障涂层的冲刷行为及失效机制。通过等离子喷涂技术(APS)在PS-PVD热障涂层表面制备了一层致密层状涂层,重点研究了致密层厚度对PSPVD热障涂层抗冲刷失效性能的影响。结果表明PS-PVD热障涂层冲刷过程经历了快速、中速、慢速冲刷三个阶段。随着致密层厚度的增加,对PS-PVD热障涂层抗冲刷性能的提升愈加明显。当致密层厚度为5μm时,对PS-PVD热障涂层抗冲刷性能无明显影响;当致密层厚度为10μm时,PS-PVD热障涂层抗冲刷性能提高了约30%;当致密层厚度为20μm时,PS-PVD热障涂层抗冲刷性能约提高了4倍。 相似文献

Porous polyimide (PI) films with low dielectric constants and excellent thermal properties have been a pressing demand for the next generation of high-performance, miniature, and ultrathin microelectronic devices. A series of novel porous PI films containing fluorenyl-adamantane groups were prepared successfully via thermolysis of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) added in the PI matrix. The cross-sectional morphologies of porous PI films showed closed pores with diameters ranging from 135 to 158 nm, which were uniform and regular in shape without interconnectivity. These porous PI films exhibited excellent thermal properties with a glass-transition temperature at 376 °C whereas the 5% weight loss temperature in air excess of 405 °C due to enhanced rigidity afforded by fluorenyl-adamantane groups. Accompanied by thermolysis content of PEG increasing from 0 to 20 wt %, the density of porous PI films decreased, and the corresponding porosity grew significantly from 0 to 11.48%. Depending on porosity, the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of porous PI films significantly declined from 2.89 to 2.37 and from 0.050 to 0.021, respectively. 为研究不同退火温度下高强IF钢的组织性能及织构的变化规律,采用温箱式电阻炉加热模拟罩式退火工艺,研究了不同退火温度下高强IF钢210P1冷轧板力学性能;对不同退火温度钢板的r90进行了统计并对其进行显微组织观察;采用X射线衍射仪及热场发射扫描电镜对不同退火温度的罩式退火成品板进行了织构分析。结果表明,在高强IF钢210P1冷轧板的罩式退火过程中,提高退火温度将使晶粒明显长大。随着退火温度的升高,屈服强度及抗拉强度下降,伸长率升高,n值略有上升,板材横向r值增加较明显,有利织构{111}取向密度增加,不利织构{100}取向密度降低。 相似文献

以AT89C52单片机作为微控制器,设计了一个智能温度测量系统。该系统通过DS18B20温度传感器实现环境温度的采集和A/D转换,模数转化后的电信号送入AT89C52单片机,再通过单片机将其送入LCD1602数码管进行显示。通过实验结果可以看出,相比较传统的温度采集方法,该系统能够快速准确地检测温度,并且检测精度可以达到0.1 ;同时,该系统具有过温点设定值调节及温度上下限蜂鸣提示的优点。 相似文献

This paper presents a calculation method for obtaining the continuous variation in stress between the tip and the soil during dynamic penetration tests, particularly in the case of using the Panda 3® penetration testing device. The originality of the method is that the tip stress can be computed continuously throughout the driving process. For each impact of the hammer on the penetrometer, data are recorded by sensors located at the top of the apparatus. Then, the stress at the tip and the displacement of the apparatus are calculated with a method based on the propagation of waves in the device. A three-dimensional numerical model of the penetration test, based on the Panda 3® specifications and using the discrete element method (DEM), is proposed in this paper. The purpose of the simulations is to validate the calculation method by comparing the curves of the tip stress versus the penetration distance obtained in two different ways, the first being the distance directly observed at the tip and the second being the distance calculated from the data recorded at the top of the penetrometer, as with the experimental device. The entire apparatus is represented, including the hammer, the rod, and the tip, and is driven into the model soil. The calculation method is applied, and the results are compared to the actual response of the soil to the driving of the penetrometer directly at the tip, which can be obtained with the numerical model. The responses are found to be very similar, confirming the theoretical framework and its underlying assumptions. Sc3+ substituted M-type ferrites are effective microwave magnetic materials with a ferromagnetic resonance frequency in the range of 20 GHz–50 GHz. We report on the fabrication of oriented ferrite thick films as microwave components for application in the Ka-band at 30 GHz. Films of BaFe11.5.Sc0.5O19 were prepared by screen-printing on alumina substrates, drying in an external magnetic field, and sintering at 900 °C. Low-temperature sintering is achieved through use of a mixed BBSZ/CuO sintering aid. A strong anisotropy of the sintered ferrite films is revealed by XRD analysis. Microwave properties of the films were determined in a coplanar waveguide setup. The ferromagnetic resonance frequency of the films is at 30 GHz and the textured films possess good nonreciprocal properties which scale with film thickness. The films were tested in a Y-junction circulator, and represent promising materials for self-biased microwave components fabricated in thick film technology. 相似文献
